All we ask you to do is pay any return costs and send it back to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Please contact us to obtain a returns number and then return your goods with any security seals in place and without additional damage in the case of used parts.

Please understand that all used parts may have marks on them from general wear and use - these can include scratches, scuffs, and in some cases signs of corrosion.

We examine all parts prior to listing them, if there are any obvious marks or faults over and above wear and tear, we will endeavour to describe it on the listing.

Where there is a fault which impacts upon an items operating ability we will describe this if we are aware of it.

However due to the many different prices available it is difficult to apply the shipping rates for all countries on each item.
